EB3的140批了後，申請了h1b的三年延期（因為h1b的六年已經用完了）。想換工作然後換成EB2, 可以做h1b transfer嗎？

會不會因為換了工作，原公司取消我的i140 和h1b extension.

-You may use the premium processing to get the H1 transfer (3 years duration) approved and then, go to work for the new employer. So, even if the old company withdraw the I-140, your H1 is still valid for three years. Then, your new company can file PERM/I-140 for you and you can continue to extend your H1 after 3 years using the new approved I-140 or PERM.

如果原公司取消我的i140 和h1b extension，新公司還可以替我申請h1b延期嗎？我是不是一定要離開美國一年才能回來呢？ 急呀•••••
