1.        EB2 140已獲批準，等485排期時被下崗。之後再申請EB2 NIW獲批準，此NIW能否繼承之前批準的EB2 140 的PD？

2.        如果可以繼承，繼承了EB2 PD的NIW是否和別的NIW一樣仍然跟雇主沒有關係？即可以換工作？

3.        EB2 140獲準，但之後被下崗。前雇主支持的EB2 PERM是否作廢？何時作廢？

-Yes to you  unless you will come back to work for the sponsor later.

什麽情況下這個EB2的批準時間可以繼承？

-As long as the I-140 is appoved, you can use its PD for your future new I-140.
