回複：請教J簽證的豁免問題

已經在國內辭職，想辦理豁免，有幾個問題請教各位達人：

1、豁免後同一個課題是否能再次延期？

-No.You can stay in your current J1, but can not extend it after J1 waiver. Then, You need to change your status to H1 after you get the J1 waiver or current J1 expires.

2、豁免後是否能不離開美國換一個課題繼續持J簽證？

-No because you have immigration intent (J1 waiver normally can be considered to have immigration intent by the VO).

3、如果辦綠卡，孩子多大就不可能隨父母一起輸辦理了？

-21 years old.
