I obtained TN visa in 12/2009 and valid till 06/2012. I filed I485 and I765 in Oct. and am scheduled to have biometric on 11/15. (My hu*****and is US citizen) Currently, I have a job offer from a different company. Am I able to accept the offer and work legally without obtain the new TN visa, or I have to wait till I recieve the result of EAD?
- Since you have filed I-485, it is unlikely you would get TN for new job although you may continue your existing one (to work with current employer). You may work for new employer with EAD
