如果 I-129 Filing Date 落在了現有合法H1B身份的有效期之外,怎麽辦?!

會怎樣?! 還來得及嗎？! 謝謝老師指點迷津!

 

現在的情況是：
1. 之前的 Capped H-1B expired in September,
2. 現在的 Exempted H-1B will expire in the end of this month,

3. 新雇主in industry下星期開始著手辦 H-1B transfer，第一步是LCA.很可能 filing date will be one in next month!
