8 teacher,my friend has two kids, born in the U.S.,but she and her hu*****and are Chinese nationality, (not GC yet), so does China government consider their two kids as Chinese citizen or U.S citizen?
-The Chinese Government consider their children as the Chinese citizens in this case though the US Government consider them as the US citizens. So, they kid can take addvantage of both the benefits of the Chinese citizenship and US citizenship.
If China government considers their two kids as Chinese citizen, then they won't allow them to have more kids in China if they go back to live in China, right?
-Maybe, but I really do not know this kind of Chinese policy.
