Hi teacher 8, thanks a lot for the response.

I am applying EB2 PERM. I work for an automibile industry company. Also I have those JAVA certificates.

I am looking into the Job descreptions, think it could be better to put those qualifications since I myself indeed have those.

But on the other hand, I am afraid the labor dept will question if the job is "tailored" to specifically fit my background.

So I would like to ask if it is OK or a common practise to put industry background. Also if it is fine to require Java certificate without causing any auditing from the labor department.

-THis is a complicate issue. The principle is that the advertisment has to be based on the job duty requirements, not based on you personal unique qualifications. Obviously it is not fair to the other applicants to require "JAVA certificates". If the job has to require JAVA, you may just say the experience of compputer programming experience is required, and so on. Anyway, you may discuss it with your lawyer in case you have trouble in your PERM application.
