請問G-325A表上沒寫中文名字會有什麽後果？

485的文件剛剛寄出去，才看到皮老師的Blog。說是If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:
用中文填你的名字。手寫的話，請正楷，非簽名。這一欄裏我沒寫中文名字，後果會怎麽樣？我該怎麽補救？謝謝了。
