due to my priority date not current yet (it is 11/01, it is my mistake), the whole package was sent back to me.
I have the following questions, experts, please help.
(1) do I need to include the rejection notice I-797 copy in my sending in back packages?
-It does not matter. But if you send back the original packet which was rejected, you had better include the Rejection Notice.
beacuse it tells us the reason of rejection becaue priority date is not current yet.
(2)Do I need to redo all forms and supporting documents?
-Not necessary. You can just send the rejeceted packet back to USCIS (enclose the Rejection Notice).
because they put x and
other marks on the edges of all forms and documents and pictures.
(3)Do I need to sent in new checks?
-No.
they are sent back to me too with USCIS mark on it.
(4)My daughter didn't get her flu shot for 2011 yet, but she got all her previous year's records in the sealed from I-693 from doctors, after I sent in last time, she took the flu shot on Oct21st,
do I need to find the doctors to redo her I-693 form to include the new flu shot information of 2011,
-Not necessary.
she has all other
immunization records in and DR. signed the form two weeks ago, he said last year flu record is OK, just for safe reason.
(5) any bad effects on my case when I send in again?
-No.
