I am puzzled because I am paying everything except the regular H1 B filing fee. That is the part we (HR, my attorney and me) have been communicating about.
Also, does that also indicate that they need to establish their own account for my attorney because this attorney is not what they noimate?
-It is possible your attorney pay the filing fee to USCIS directly for you and then your employer pay the fee back to your attorney. That is the way usually most attorney do.
