回複：請問8老師

今天拿到了體檢的大信封， 上寫 “For USCIS Use Only， Do not Open”， 但無寫我的姓名，

-I think it is fine as long as you put it in the same envelop with the other I-485 documents.

 我需將自己的名字加上去嗎？ 或 拿回醫生診所讓護士加上呢？
