They are extend my H1B on 2 hours/week. I am afraid if my H1B extension is denied, I will be OOS. I have to submit a H4 application now secretly, in case.
-Then, you do the right thing to file the H4 application. You do not need care about the employer and just work until your H4 is approved or the H1 extension is denied (I don't think USCIS will approve the H4 extension because it seems a joke).
