EB2申請，5月遞的PERM，上個星期公司給交了I-140,同時還給了一封信說 will notify me when they receive the USCIS Receipt Notice (usually within two weeks of filing)
因為父親病重，我訂了11月19號的機票回國。看到公司的信中說：if you are currently on TN, E3 or any other status that does not allow for dual intent, please consult your Immigration Attorney for any possible consequences to this filing including travel restrictions.我是加拿大公民，現在是TN簽證，到明年4月到期。我要不要申請AP才能回國？
-Do you mean you filed I-485 already? If so, you can not use TN to reenter US, but had to use AP. You may go to USCIS local office to get the emergency AP (bring the I-485 receipt and emergency evidences).
還是什麽都不用做，依然用TN回來？
-No problem for you to reenter US with TN if you did not file I-485 yet. I-140 filing does not affect TN, but I-485 filing does.
