I know, I know!!! I know they want money, and I know interview almost means dead for applicants like me who will be back to home country, but interview or not is out of my control. I filed on April 2004, got my file number in May, I am hoping that I can get the second letter in early next year with waiver of interview. Becasue I have to leave US September next year, the latest.Even interview waived in the second letter in early or mid of next year, I may not have time to wait for the third letter, or background check in worse case. Under this circumstance, maybe lawyer could be of helpful. God bless me! Any good recommendations? I think I have no choice.

where you got the info said interview is not transferrable to other locations? I heard it's possible, but it needs longer time to wait, in Beijing or Hong Kong, it may need 1 to 2 years, at least.
