回複：父母探親逗留

父母去簽證，因上次在美國探親６個月後延期，簽證官這次隻給了一次３個月簽證。簽證官說隻讓探訪我們３個月（父母同意），並在簽證上附注：visiting daughter 3 months only. States no intention to extend or change status.

父母隻買了２個半月往返機票。但是入關時I９４卡上給了６個月。我們想讓他們在這裏呆５個半月。 他們年紀大了， 來一趟夠折騰的。

-Then, just let them stay there for the I-94 period.

 

請問如果這樣，對他們下次簽證有明顯影響嗎？

-If they stay in China for at least one year and then, apply for the visa again, I don't think it will affect the visa application.
