4年H1b,然後在美呆1年用TD, 可以重新得到6年的H1b嗎？

H1b 2014年6月過期，但今年6月失業了，7月轉成TD，現找到工作了，公司同意給辦綠卡，不知是該申請h1b 還是TN? 拿1年TN 後再申請H1b能重新得到6年期限嗎？
