回複：140已批準, 485還沒提交, H1 pending 期間回中國有問題嗎？

我家LD是H1簽證，以LD為申請人申請的NIW,I140已批準，485還沒提交。

LD要回中國一趟，但他的H1 還在pending，舊的I797明年2月份就到期了。

1）請問回美國的簽證會有問題嗎？

-Should be fine.

2）需要準備特別的簽證材料嗎？

-If the pending H1 is approved before he comes back to US, he needs to askk the employer to send this new h1 approval notice to him to come back so that he can get the I-94 duration to match the new H1 duration.
