請問，我兒子現在是否是黑下來了？ 我們現在該如何為兒子申請延期呢？我們持加拿大護照，勞工公司律師建議我們到加拿大，出關一次，為兒子辦理H4。}

-No. Your child needs to turn his expired I-94 to the airlines (by plane) or the US CBP officer (by car) when leaves US. He needs your H1 approval notice and your recent 3 month paycheck stubs, his birth certificate (show you are his parent) and his passport. He needs to enter Canada and then, return to US to get the H4 I-94/status.
