Urgent: Flu shot issue ...

We just had the immigration physical exam all done. We noticed that the doctor put X for Influenza under column 'Not Age Appropriate'. Is that correct? We are adults and we did not have flu shot records. Shoud we ask doctor to do flu shot?

This is urgent. The doctor already sealed the envelop. If the flu shot is required, then we have to schedule an appointment with the doctor again.
