1. I131表裏part1#3 class of admission 是上次進入美國是的身份嗎？
-Yes. It is the status/I-94 of your last entry using the visa such as H1, etc.
還是現在的身份？
還有身份可以寫成簽證類型嗎？比如是說temporary worker還是H1-B，還是都可以呢？
-Either.
2. I-765表裏#11，have you ever before applied for employment authorization
from USCIS? 如果以前申請過OPT，就要答yes?
-Say "Yes" and provide the copy of teh OPT EAD.
3. I485 part3 B: list your present spouse and all of your children.
副申請人的“applying with you？”應該怎麽填呢？
-Say "No". But say "Yes" to this question in the primary applicant's I-485.
