我現在剛回國一周，就把護照丟了，上麵有還沒到期的H1B簽證。也想過要再到領事館重新簽一個，可以時間不夠，而且還很有可能被CHECK。
請問老師，我可不可以跟領事館要求補一個簽證呢？
