關於寫信給移民局要求INTERFILING的幾個問題：

1.因為我先生FILE NIW 的140 和我FILE我EB3的485幾乎是同步的，所以現在我先生有兩個A#。請問用哪個A#，還是要把兩個A#都寫在信裏？

-I think your spouse only has one pending I-485 which is based on your EB3 I-140, right? If yes, he only has one A# which is on his I-485 receipt. The A# on his NIW I-140 receipt is not his true A#.

2.如果以我先生名義寫信給移民局要求interfiling，需要把我已經批準的140信息也寫在信裏嗎？

3.因為已經FILE的485我是主申請人，以我先生名義寫信給移民局我又是什麽身份？
