問full name and address of empolyer，一直都是博後，是填老板名字和地址，

-老板 is also an employee just like you.

 還是學校的？

-Yes.

有的學校地址太長，寫不下啊，能不能隻寫學校的名稱？

-Just write the school name, city name, state (e.g. TX) and zip code
