父母的EB2 I140在08年批準，I485在07大潮中遞交，但是小孩當時在國內，簽證問題沒有遞交I485。排期下個月current。

-The child can file his/her I-485 next month using the parent's EB2 I-140 based I-485. Because your EB2 PD will be current next month, I do not suggest you to transfer/relink the I-485 to the approved EB1 I-140 . This transfer may confuse your case. Anyway, your EB1 is not important in this case due to the EB2 PD becomes current.

另外EB1剛批準，還沒有relinkI-485。這時小孩的I485（based on EB1 I140）可以遞交嗎？

-No.

還是要等I-485 relink以後才能遞交？

-Yes.
