麻煩幫我看下這句話裏麵的括號後麵的數字字母對嗎

是485 cover letter裏麵的第一句話：

Enclosed please find Form I485, Form I-131, Form I-765 and all supporting documents. My eligibility is based on the approval of my I-140 Application(catagory: national interest waiver, sec.203(b)(2)(b)).
