8老師好，今天帶孩子去照相，回來才發現孩子因為個子小，照片上還能看到椅子的靠背，不知道這樣的照片會不會有問題。

-It may be fine for I-485 filing as long as the whole face is shown clearly because this photo is not used for green card production. If they think it does not meet the requirement, USCIS will send you RFE.
