1。LG H1B，我和小孩H4。Canada Passport。 LG 需申請EAD，AP嗎？我和小孩EAD，Ap 都申請？還是隻EAD？（Canada Passport 需申請AP 嗎？）

-Up to you. All of you may not need EAD or AP, but it doesn't hurt you to have it because AP/EAD application is free.

2。EAD，AP多久批？

-# months normally.

3。LG 經常跑國內，PD 下月Current，為保險起見，他需在美呆多久？公司Lawyer說兩星期，夠嗎？

-Fine. He may get AP with him in case the I-485 is approved during his travel in China.

4。File 485 後，一般多久會收到Fingerprint，

-Case by case, 3 months to 6 months is normal.
