question on H1B renewal after 6 years

我的H１B １２月六年滿了，七月寄的renewal，至今未批，如果這個月還不批，下個月排期到了，有人說H１B就不可以延了(AC21)，７６５就算和４８５在１１月１日寄出，１２月前，EAD也不能批呀。那我怎麽工作呢？

我以前知道是說如果排期當前，六年後的H１B還可以延一年，最近改了麽？
