我J2的時候請了一張EAD, 11月底就要過期了。兩個月前我轉成了H4, 同時遞交了綠卡申請。請問我現在可以更新我的EAD嗎？

-You are not qaulified to renew your J2 EAD becuase your status is H4 now. But if you have filed your I-485, you can apply for a new EAD based on your pending I-485.

綠卡是律師辦的，當時因為說要為我們辦EAD,每個人收律師費200，
