回複：急問！父母綠卡麵試

1. 麵試通知上要帶的東西雖然沒有打勾的，但我注意到裏麵列的有一個是要他們所有子女的出生公證？

-Don't think so. You may just bring the origianl公證 documents (not photocopy) for your I-130 filing and your parents I-485 filing, just in case.

手裏沒有這些和任何戶口本東東，隻有我一個孩子的出生公證，咋整？

2. 剛發現130表格簽名都弄錯了，囧。485麵試是不是說130就已經通過了？

-Irrelevant.

麵試時我還用特意指出來這個錯誤麽？應該我簽名的，錯讓爸媽簽了。。。

-USCIS will reject your I-130 if they find the signature is wrong. You may talk to the IO if you are sure it is wrong.

3. 確認一下san jose子女做翻譯的問題，可以和不可以的同學們都請回答。麵試是一大早的，實在不好找朋友幫忙，我自己送孩子都不一定來得及

-No law requires this, but some IO does not allow/accept 子女做翻譯.
