請求網上的高手幫忙，我現在486排期馬上就到了，手裏麵有h1b visa也有EAD，現在以前的老板想聘我回去做counsulor,這是一個partime job。顯然我不能用現在的H1B,那我隻能用EAD.這樣是不是意味著我的h1b就作廢了？

-Technically yes, but USCIS may not realize that and thus, you still can extend your H1 in the future.

 我要不要跟現在公司的HR打個招呼，把兩邊都改成EAD.

-Not need to talk to your current employer.
