項申請加拿大技術移民，可聽說USH1B 身份的現在不能遞交申請，是從去年八月停止的，各位大俠，請問這是真的嗎？

-I don't think it is true. You are as a Chinese citizen to apply for the 加拿大技術移民 and it has nothing to do with your H1 status in US.
