8老師，PJ老師: 請問 H1 Transfer 問題

I got I-140 approval in A company. Now I got offer from B company and B company wants me to work ASAP. May I apply for a TN visa first? After beginning work in B company with TN, then do H1 transfer and re-apply LC and I-140. May I do that?
