還有點小小的疑問,假如說是當住院醫同時作研究的話,也可以屬於這個Biological Scientists的範疇嗎?


-I think so. If you get RFE for your employment status, your employment verfication letter had better emphasize that your major duties are in research similar to your I-140 description. If you do not do research, you may have trouble because whether the job is in the same/similar area is decided by the IO and thus, it is very subjective.


 我知道Physician的code是不一樣的。也就是說“作研究的住院醫”同時適用於兩個code? 再次感謝！
