Eb2 case, mine is greened last month, my wife's still pending in the local office. So we have done everything we can to push for a fast "supervisory review". The senator office told us that her is under background check? My wife did an infopass yesterday and was told her name check has been cleared long long time ago, but her finger print is expired,
-If she needs to do the fingerprinting again, USCIS will send her an appointment notice. But the fingerprinting should not affect her I-485 approval at this stage because her background check was finished.
there are currently 2 case file for her, the permanent is at the supervisor, the temp one is waiting to merge with the permanent one.
The office does not know why there are 2 case file? what is the temp one? is it a finger print request? it is so confusing.....
-I am confused also. It seems the officer did not know what he/she was talking about. I have no idea about this situation.
