我以EB3 申請的485 有過兩次RFE, 一次是體檢， 一次是 EMPLOYMENT LETTER, 因為我從A 公司換到B 公司， （A 和 B 是SISTER COMPANIES),職位是一樣的。 後來C 公司幫我申請EB2, (C 也是A 和 B 的SISTER COMPANY), I-140 獲批後， 我 要求 RELINK 485 到EB2 的I-140. 兩周前接到USCIS 的E-MAIL, 說已經RELINK, 要把我的案子交給VO 處理， 結果今天收到RFE E-MAIL. 我現在還在B 公司， 如果RFE 要的是C公司EMPLOYMENT 證明，我沒有C 公司的PAY CHECK, 怎麽辦？
-Not need paycheck stubs, just ask Company C to issue a job offer letter indicating that when you will start to work for them (e.g.immediately work after getting GC, etc.), salary, job title, whether the job is permanent (or has no definite term and you have the expectation to work continually) and job responsibilities (show you will work in the same/simialr area).
