Master or Pjiang: whether revoke h1B trigger RFE for pre-adjuste

Thanks the help from Master 8. One question about the answer for whether revoke h1b will trigger 485 rfe. From the blog of pjiang, the H1b layoff can trigger the ref of 485 - "一般是在處理日期附近才收到 RFE, 但也有一種突兀而至的。這種情況多出現在 sponsor 通知移民局 H-1b 的提前終止，有的申請人會因此很快地收到 EV 的 RFE." Although I believed that our 485 is pre-adjusted, since employer will inform 移民局 if my spouse is laid off (H1b), will this trigger ref of 485? Did the department for this two process communicate each other? Thanks
