Questions re I485/I325/I130, Thanks a lot for all the help!

1) I am Canadian, currently have TN visa. I obtained the TN visa on 12/12/2009 for 3 years, however, my passport will be expired on 06/15/2012. do I need to renew my passpost/TN before I file I485?

2) I obtained TN visa as a temporary professional worker through a job agency, and I was hired as a full time employee after 6 mo by the company I worked for, so do I have to list the period that I worked as a temp as one of my previous employer, or can I just list my current employer since I physically only worked for them even though through the job agency during the first 6 mo?

3) I relocated last month, my current company's HR policy is that I have 90 days to find a new position within the same company, after 90 days, my employment will be ended if I am not able to find a new position in the new location. I am waiting for the new opening within the same company, also looking other oppotunities outsaide the company. so what happens if I listed my current employer on I325 while I will be unemployed or with the new employer after I file? Do I have to wait all these settled to avoid the unecessary trouble?

4) On my hu*****and I130 Question 15 "Name and address of present emplyer", is this regarding mine since it is under section C which is "your reletive's information", or is this supposed to be his since this question dose NOT states as "Name and address of YOUR RELATIVE'S present employer" as all other question regarding "your relative" in section C?
