你好八先生,我是EB3 PENDING,最近丟了工作.現有兩個問題請教:

1.新的工作付1099 而不是W2 能滿足移民局的要求嗎?

-May be fine as long as the new job is in the same/similar area if your I-485 is pending > 180 days. If your PD is not current, you may not need to worry about it at this time because USCIS may not care about your case at this point. So, try to find a secure job.

2.若485被拒,是否須馬上離開美國,有沒有轉成其他簽證的時間和可能?

-H4, L1, not F1 nor B1/B2 due to immigration intent.
