請問pjiang 和8老師：local office supervisory review 是什麽意思？

EB2 8月current, 我為主申請8月中綠了，老婆的8月1號就file service request, 無進展，8月底聯係議員，說是正在local office supervisory review? 想問問各位老師什麽是supervisory review? 什麽情況下會trigger supervisory review? 我們在所有敏感問題全部選No, local interview是officer又過了一遍，當時對我們的回答也很滿意。她學的是商科，無黨派。。。

聯係Ombudsman有用嗎？有無email和聯係方法？謝啦！
