我的priority date已經離新的排期很近了，但愛人還在國內。律師讓她馬上簽H4過來。

現在就擔心她約不到很近的日期，來的時候估計都下月底了。如果下月10號左右我的排期到了，但愛人要20幾號才能到美國，她還能和我同時交I－485的申請麽？
