我的綠卡EB3，PD是1/2006
我老公的綠卡EB2，PD是6/2007，現在老公是CURRENT，請問可以讓我公司的律師讓我用老公的PD嗎？
-If you have a pending I-485 based on your Eb3 I-140, you can just do I-485 relink/interfiling to your spouse's approved EB2 I-140 as his dependent after your spouse files his I-485. If you do not have a pending I-485 yet, just file new one as the dependent of your spouse when or after he files his I-485.
If botgh of you have the pending I-485 based on your Eb3 I-140, just request USCIS to transfer/interfile both of your I-485s from EB3 to Eb2.
