what stage my I485 is on from this email from USCIS?Thx

email from USCIS to me :please note that our office has received an FBI Name Check Clearance for each of those applications. However, to date USCIS electronic records do not reflect that final action has been taken on those applications. Please note that at this time our office cannot take final action on those applications because at this time no visas are available for them. Our office will not be able to take final action on those applications until visas are again available for them.

Do you think I will get the greencard when my PD is current? Do I need to prepare for an interview?
