回複：誠心請教8皮大師：給父母辦綠卡材料問題

PJiang 大師的博客提到 I-130表的材料時說：“ 父母的結婚證不是一定需要的，除非他們沒列在你的出生證上（非親生父或母）。” 可是I-130 的說明說“A Father:..Also give a copy of your parents' marrigage certificate estalishing that your father was married to your mother before you were born."

父母的結婚證到底是不是必須的材料？

-You had better have it. Some IO may ask you to provide it, and some may not.

還有， 我的出生公證是99年辦的，是不是還可以用？

-Yes.
