––沒明白immigrant petition和file Form I-485的區別，我怎麽覺得是一回事呢。我們曾經在大放水時file過 Form I-485（老工主、我副申請人），但因為waiver還沒完，被退了回來，現在正在排期。這個3b，3c應該分別怎麽填呢？
-Immigration petition means I-140 filing or I-130 filing, etc. If your I-485 filing was rejected (USCIS did not accept it, i.e. did not take your filing fee), you just say "No" to both questions. Otherwise, say "Yes". The I-140 is for your spouse, not you.
3g. Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?

Fully describe the employment. Include the same of the person employed, name and address of the employer, weekly income, and whether the employment was specifically authorized by USCIS.

-"The employment authorized by USCIS" means your H1 status.
