Teacher 8 & Pijiang, should I do service request again? or Infop

I did service request 22 days ago, and about 9 days ago got a letter saying that the fingerprint has expired, need a new one to process my case, so I did it right away. now it has been a week since the day I did the fingerprint at the local office. Wonder when I should expect to hear the news, or I need to call USCIS to do another service request ?I have the confirmation number from the previous one, would it be helpful to inquire the status based on the confirmation number I got or do another service request, or Infopass? or contact congressman? or just be more patient, Please advise on next move!!!! Million thanks!!!
