但是關於如何同時申請申請六年後的延期以及換新的雇主，還是有一些疑問

I-140已經批了。但是I-140和現在的公司不是一個公司了

那在H-1新的申請裏麵，我想要申請H-1 TRANSFER的同時辦延期。那是把這兩件事情用同一個表格還是分開兩份申請表格呢？

-H1 transfer includes the H1 extension, so not need to use two I-129. Just select the correct item in the I-129 and indicate in the I-129 when your work start date and when the ending date you will work for the new employer. Actually for H1 transfer has the same procedure as a new H1 filing.

我找了下I-129的表格，發現上麵好像沒有同時勾這兩個選項的。

不知道具體如何操作，還請老師們指點迷津！
