我先生是美公民,申請了我和我兒子的綠卡,我是08年7月結婚,09年一月拿到臨時綠卡,我兒是09年12月入美國.他入境時17歲.我已拿到正式綠卡.現在,我兒子需要單獨申請轉正式綠卡.我的問題是:1.填I-751時需要我先生簽字嗎?2.需要交哪些材料呢?謝謝
