老公之前是學生, 在餐館做part time, 收入不夠擔保2人的household, 他想跟餐館老板講說下個月開始改成做full time, 以達到125%poverty line的收入水平.
我的問題是,
1. 如果現在提交I-485等的申請表格, 裏麵的I-864應該填part time的工資水平, 還是full time的工資水平?

2. 如果現在提交申請, 然後下個月開始的工資才顯示夠達到125%的標準, 以前都沒有達到(上年報稅也沒達到), 這樣可以做申請麽?
-Yes. had better ask the employer to give your spouse's an employment letter indicating his salary. Also need to provide the copy of your family last year tax return and W-2 for I-864 filing.
