-Term: "your current position is full-time position with indefinate term (or permanent position) and you have the expectation to be employed contiually by this employer". Conditions: "Your current job (new job) is in the same/similar area as the old job indicated in your I-140 sonpsored by the old employer". As long as the employment verification letter addresses these points, you will be fine.
